How I do Therapy
Act Mindfully. Live Meaningfully.
I am a trauma-informed therapist who believes many of our problems come from how we respond to or avoid uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Using a form of cognitive behavioral therapy, called Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, you will develop skills that allow you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Personal Stuff
I have been married for 20 years. We have three daughters and three parrots. I have ADHD Inattentive type, and I'm very passionate about time management and 'Building a Second Brain' to be as productive as possible.
When I am not at the clinic, I spend time with my family, read, and play video games. I'm a huge audiophile and vinyl collector. Lifting heavy weights is important to me. Frequently, you will find me on my motorcycle.
I am learning how to stream on Twitch and creating content about an integrated life on Instagram
Also, I'm an ordained Orthodox Christian priest. Although my primary focus is not Christian counseling, we can comfortably integrate faith into our work if you want to.
